Breaking up larger jobs into multiple estimates works well for jobs that can be identified as temporary housing.

This would be best used for hotels, motels, apartment buildings, senior and memory care.

Separate estimates for each job are broken out as listed below:

1. Building exterior, parking and site.

2.Common and BOH area.

3. Units, apartments or guest rooms.

4. Estimates are listed on a separate cost summary sheet
